Thank you once again for all the lovely messages. I have to admit that life has been really really busy for me at this moment. Yes i have a sleepless night and all and I brokedown on the second night because breast feeding aint that easy for me.
I cried because i couldnt get to sleep at all on the first night when i brought Shibly home. I cried when i think that life has totally changed for me. Everywhere i go, Shibly must be the first priority. I cried because i cannot happy happy watch DVD or surf internet and all because I will also tend to fall asleep when Shibly sleeping or i had to pump out the milk as much as I can before it get swollen. I didnt know it is such a hassle to have a big breast. My breast dah macam pakai silicon and i had to change my bra cup all for the sake of my milk yang overflowing.
My breast was damn swollen the other day and i started to feel feverish. Thanks Ann for your concern via sms. You happened to sms me when i was crying. Heee heeeeee…And yes, finally my hubby managed to get Avent nipple cream for me because yang cocoa butter tu takde. Kesian dia pun stress tengok aku nangis2.
Ok, i will try to update as much as I can. I gotta run and do other things before Shibly wake up.
Baby memang cute tapi nak jaganya pun KiUt!! Tetek now very sexy but the swollen pun WOW macam air pepsi. Hur hur hur.
Shibly dah macam pakai tudung…

I won’t say breastfeeding is easy cos its definately not and yes I had my fair share of tears and tantrums(yes I am that teruk) when I was breastfeeding Ili. I admit it takes lots and I mean lots of patience to breastfeed and I know YOU can do it. Do what you feel is right ok. Another nipple cream you can try is under the brand Medela. Thats good too.

Hi nat, finally saw your baby.. cute giler la mcm cina..
i am going thru the same thing. first week lagi breasts no milk. sedih tau tgk baby ngangis. i felt so useless, tetek besar but kosong. but when dah bole breastfeed, masyaallah dia nyer sakit tak terhingga. so i alternate between breastfeeding, bottle-feed with expressed milk and also formula.
kalau u rasa demam (they call it demam tetek, sound so crude), take panadol and hot milo. try not to feed baby takut dia jangkit. place warm towel over your breasts when they’re swollen to soothe it. cold cabbage leaves oso does the trick.
let’s say it together, “We can do it!” Take care ok. Kena jaga diri baru boleh jaga Shibly.
